Our Guarantee If you are not completely satisfied with your Covert Brew purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your order date and we will make it right. That means a replacement, store credit, or full refund — your choice.
How To Request Email us at hello@covertbrew.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We respond within 24 hours.
No Returns Required Due to the perishable nature of our product we do not require items to be returned. Keep the product. We will resolve your issue directly — no shipping labels, no hassle, no runaround.
Conditions
- Requests must be made within 30 days of purchase date
- We may ask for a photo if the product arrived damaged
- Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours
Damaged or Wrong Items If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item contact us immediately at hello@covertbrew.com. We will ship a replacement at no charge.
